arbor — a tiny poem

in the shade

your smile, plush

sweet of grape

reaching up under summersun

plucking heartstrings

strum of the summer insects chirp and cry

bees buzz

dragons fly

alighting on the pond

red and blue compostions

the green surface, deep pools

a lone lily floats
