sea of time — a tiny poem

a consolation at the shore

emerges purple

litlight a bee buzzes round

year in year out

the shoreshape changes

year in year out

the lull of the waves,

the pull of the tides under moon

familiarity with place

the inner landscapes

what we leave are shadows, here
